okay, weve got the ability to create cyborgs, and at least a little organic based tecnology, is it possible to implant biological technology in a humaoid body, thus masking its electrical signature with normal human bio readings?

Hmmm, to what end might we do this? If you mean as a tracking method, yes, though it would only be available to the military or in highly illegal circles, either way it'll be rare.
If you mean Terminator-style infiltration, yeah, it's possible.
